Martial Fit classes are USA Martial Arts unique approach to fitness classes. Martial Fit incorporates proven fitness training techniques used by world-class MMA and Kickboxing competitors when preparing for their matches. To this we add martial arts techniques – kicking, punching, self defense techniques – all set to a ground-pounding musical soundtrack for a fun, challenging, and satisfying workout.

These classes are an enjoyable way to get fit and stay fit. Each day of the week, different training routines are utilized to provide students variety in their workouts – keeping classes new, fresh, and exciting.
Martial Fit classes are offered Monday through Thursday at 8:15pm.
